Rental Prices
Rental prices are per week for up to eight people and include bed linen, towels, cleaning and reasonable consumption of gas and electricity.
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- The balance is due four weeks prior to your holiday.
- Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal.
Please note: there is a £250 damage deposit. This can be paid to and refunded by us or paid to and refunded by our local representative in Roccacasale.
